30 days of montana, days 1-5 | montana wedding and portrait photographer

it’s that time again! time to start my 30 days series.
last year i did 30 days of my town and this year i’m opening it up to 30 days of
montana 🙂 the only rule is that there are no people allowed in these photos.
this project always makes me step way outside of my comfort zone….but i think that’s
a good place to be and good place to grow.

i started this in january thinking that it would be a snowy, winter wonderland. well,
not so much. instead it’s feels and looks like spring! sunny and in the 40s/50s. crazy!!
i’m not gonna lie, it’s pretty hard to find beauty in the mud…but i’ll try my best and will
have all my fingers and toes crossed that we soon get SNOW!!!!

i will post these every 5 days. some may not be exciting…haha, but hey, at least i got it, right?!
xo

DAY ONE:: FRIENDS
(i’m pretty sure that they also use the same hairstylist as justin beiber. you can now say you’ve seen a horse
with beiber fever 🙂 )

DAY TWO:: (there are 2 photos this day. i couldn’t decide which one to use)
MIRRORED BEAUTY

DAY TWO (part 2)::  BACK TO MY ROOTS

DAY THREE:: CALM

DAY FOUR:: GOODNIGHT SUN

DAY FIVE:: SNOW WHITE
(i have to shout out to the hubby for this shot. he told me all about these incredible creatures and this shot is inspired by his photography)

hope you check back in for the next round!!

    Beautiful… my family is from Montana, but I’m down here in TN. Always nice to see the gorgeous scenery from home! Does make me homesick though 🙁
